La Mer

Edge of The Sea

“Edge of The Sea” is Sorrenti and his protégé daughter Gray’s first ever collaboration. Together they reimagined limited edition jars for luxury cosmetic brand La Mer using images they captured of the ocean. From a selection of beautiful black and white photographs taken by the pair in Mallorca and St. Barths, two were chosen to reinvent the cult classic white La Mer jar.

Discussing the project, Sorrenti said, “The design is an extension of our photography. It is about sharing what inspires me and getting her to share what inspires her…collaborating with Gray and to be a part of her becoming an artist is a dream come true.”

Since its release the collaboration has received prominent coverage from Vogue, Vanity Fair and Allure Magazine.

'Kate'

Published by Phaidon, ‘Kate’ is Sorrenti’s most recent book containing intimate, never-before-published photographs of a young Kate Moss taken by him in the early 90s’. Some of the images were famously later used by Calvin Klein for their iconic Obsession campaign which launched Moss’ modelling career.

The limited-edition hardback book is presented in a cloth-covered clamshell box and contains an introductory essay by Sorrenti, adding unique personal context to the images.
