opportunity - junior producer

We are looking for a Junior Producer to join the team in our New York office. You will be an integral part of the team, providing coordination and production support for our artists.  We are looking for someone who can perform in high volume environment, and the candidate must also be articulate, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively. 

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate travel arrangement for artists and production teams: plane/train, hotel, and car reservations
  • Option and negotiate production vendors such as location vans, studios, catering, manicurist, etc.
  • Assist general casting, photo release tracking, contact database, portfolio tracking, location scouting, call sheet, post production schedules, and other aspects of production
  • Assist in general finance and administrative duties such as expense and vendor invoice tracking, sending messengers, copying, scanning, etc.

opportunity - senior syndication account manager

Art Partner licensing is looking for a senior account manager. The ideal candidate will have an interest in fashion, celebrity, beauty and the print & film industry. A minimum 4-5 years experience in a related field and in outbound sales/account management is a must. This position must work on a strategic level with client decision makers, resulting in long-term relationship development and maintenance. It is important for the Account Manager to balance time between long-term opportunities and short-term goals.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Identify potential revenue opportunities through outbound sales techniques that focus on the development of new or emerging revenue streams and increased sales. 
  • The Account Manager will be involved in client negotiations, pricing agreements and relationship development. 
  • Review and negotiate a wide range of licensing agreements for company represented artists, including magazine agreements, book agreements, corporate and merchandising agreement, celebrity and talent releases, advertising agreements and standard image licensing agreements, across all media.
  • Liaise directly with the agency content distributors, ensuring sales and growth across in the relevant markets.
  • Supervise the administration of client accounts and work directly with the accounting department to facilitate client invoicing and collections.
  • Supervise the archive team and ensuring the artists content is made available for access by both clients and agency employees.

Art Partner is looking for interns for their offices in New York, London and Paris. Candidates must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and have a strong interest in fashion, photography and film. Experience in fast-paced work environments and multi-tasking skills are a must. Some knowledge of photoshop and mac platforms preferred.

London
