Louis Vuitton x Supreme

Harley Weir

FRENCH LUXURY X STREETWEAR

For the highly anticipated mens Fall/Winter 2017 Louis Vuitton x Supreme collection, Harley Weir captured a suite of digital content to generate awareness for the French luxury brand among Supreme’s die-hard millennial fanbase, heightening the impact of one of Kim Jones’ final collections for the French Maison.

Communicating the raw street ethos of Supreme mixed with the luxury positioning of Louis Vuitton, Weir’s dynamic film and photography assets were produced over the course of one week in New York and Paris on this social-first, live-activated launch, which generated millions of impressions across owned, shared, and earned channels.

ELEVATED RUNWAY COVERAGE

Utilizing innovative editing techniques, Weir reinterpreted the runway show presentation through a backdrop of New York City and Paris vignettes that—when combined with the runway footage—gave greater depth to the street-meets-luxe essence of the collection.

PRODUCT STORYTELLING

A suite of product-focused assets captured backstage and throughout the two cities gave greater depth to collection storytelling, allowing for a multi-channel communication strategy to sustain media attention during the collection release and following.

CELEBRITY POLAROIDS

Polaroids of VIP attendees offered a fresh visual format, extending the runway collection’s impact across press and social media channels.
