INAUGURAL RETROSPECTIVE WITH TASCHEN

Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott partnered with Taschen to create their first retrospective book, featuring 300 of their most iconic images from a career that now spans 25 years as a creative duo. Starting in 1994 and continuing through their recent work, the book included Mert & Marcus’ recurring muses—some of the world’s most recognizable faces in celebrity and fashion.

Designed in collaboration with creative director Giovanni Bianco, the limited edition book explores the unique vision of a partnership that has defined and continues to reimagine the standards for glamour, fashion, and luxury today.

As one of New York Fashion Week’s most anticipated events, Mert & Marcus’ launch party hosted in collaboration with Piaget revealed the collector’s edition book to an audience of VIPs and fashion industry insiders.

The star-studded guest list included Kim Kardashian, Nicki Minaj, Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner, Lily Aldridge, Irina Shayk, Doutzen Kroes, Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Bella and Gigi Hadid, Alek Wek, Candice Swanepoel, Lupita Nyong’o, Mario Sorrenti and many more.
